2008 MCFFU Flag Football Union HOTEL RESERVATIONS THRU TRAVEL ALL SEASONS
MCFFU requires all hotel reservations be made through Travel All Seasons at a participating Texas Cup hotel. When Travel All Seasons assigns your team to one of your preferred hotels, you will receive an email from Travel All Seasons with your hotel name and contact. Travel All Seasons will note on your online MCFFU application that you have completed the hotel requirements. MCFFU, Travel All Seasons, and the hotels DO compare lists of Team and Club reservations to the list of accepted teams. Any team trying to circumvent this requirement for participation WILL BE DISQUALIFIED! Please advise all parents of this issue.
Please refer to Travel All Seasons’ list of participating hotels to see the most up to date information on hotel room availability. Hotel room availability changes on a daily basis, you will need to provide Travel All Seasons with 3 hotel options for your team(s) by April 1, 2008.
Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy:
You must cancel 7 days prior to your arrival, in order to not incur a cancellation fee charged to your credit card.
How to make your team’s hotel reservations:
1. Print a copy of Travel All Seasons 2008 MCFFU Hotel Registration Form and the 2008 MCFFU hotel list.
2. The 2008 MCFFU hotel list shows the hotel amenities, rate, and the number of rooms available at the hotel at the last update.
3. Please complete the Travel All Seasons 2008 MCFFU Hotel Registration Form with your team’s information and fax to Travel All Seasons @(972) 392-1392. Please provide 3 hotel options for your team as hotel availability may begin to be sold out.
After you submit your team’s hotel reservation form, Travel All Seasons will send you an email that will show where your team was placed and the hotel contact information. If you do not hear from Travel All Seasons within 72 hours, please call (972) 392-9800 or send an email to mailto:sue@travelallseasons.com. |
